Gabbuk Female Advocacy Initiative wants to spread our message of hope and compassion. We believe that a a woman should have equal rights to be a change maker in the society. A single action towards making this a reality can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy , training and outreach activities, our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good of women and the Girl Child.

Gabbuk Female Advocacy Initiative is a non-governmental, non-religious, non political and non-profit making organization with special interest in the empowerment of Adolescent girls and women to contribute in transforming the society positively and impacting a positive change. It provides programs and services that meets the needs and challenges of socially and economically disadvantaged women and girls, and prepares them for personal, career, and economic success. reproductive Health education and promoting gender equality for women and the Girl child.

To promote women and Adolescent Girls empowerment initiatives, through: advocacy, partnership, collaboration, social outfit models, institutional mechanism, supporting new technologies and initiatives and a combination thereof that can accelerate progress for women and Adolescent Girls in Northern Nigeria.
To advocate for the eradication of child labour, trafficking and abuse and focus on the education and resettlement of abused and deprived children.
Support young women entrepreneurs though capacity building, Skills training and networking.Inspire girls and women to be the best they can be and aim for excellence through capacity building and mentoring.
Support the development of social and emotional skills including self-esteem, leadership and assertiveness in our beneficiaries
Provide information and capacity building on health, political, economic and social issues through our various information dissemination platforms and space. Advocate for and encourage Girl-Child education to relevant stakeholders.

Our Structure
GFEI is governed by a 5-person Board of Trustees and a structured hierarchy of operations.
Our 5 person Board of Trustees (BOT) are seasoned professionals in their respective fields and strong supporters and advocates for girls and women’s empowerment. GFEI's BOT consists of 4 women and 1 man.
